We currently ship to:
• United States - All 50 states
• Germany - Nationwide delivery

We are working to expand our shipping coverage to additional countries in the future.

⏱️ ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday)
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
• A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order ships

🚚 DELIVERY TIMES
United States: 5-10 business days after processing
Germany: 7-12 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on:
• Your location
• Carrier schedules
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing (for international orders)
• High-volume shopping periods

📦 TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once shipped, you will receive:
• Tracking number via email
• Direct link to track your package in real-time
• Estimated delivery date

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination address
• Package weight and dimensions
• Selected shipping method

FREE SHIPPING: Available on qualifying orders (amount displayed at checkout).

🏠 DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
• A signature may be required for high-value orders
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
• If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions

⚠️ SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or holiday periods. We will notify you of any significant delays.

📧 LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

2. Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)
3. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund
