❌ What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper storage or maintenance
  • Consumable parts (batteries, blades, chains, filters)
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
  • Damage from accidents, fire, or natural disasters

🔧 Warranty Service

If your product has a defect covered by warranty, GARDTECH will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product at no charge
  • Replace the product with the same or comparable model
  • Issue a refund for the purchase price

📝 How to File a Warranty Claim

    • Product model and serial number (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days

🚚 Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

For approved warranty claims:

  • GARDTECH will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available)
  • Ship the item using the provided label
  • Replacement or repaired items will be shipped back to you at no cost

⏳ Warranty Processing Time

  • Claim review: 2-3 business days
  • Repair time: 7-14 business days (if applicable)
  • Replacement shipping: 5-10 business days
