We currently ship to:

  • United States - All 50 states
  • Germany - Nationwide delivery

We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time. We are working to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order ships

🚚 Delivery Times

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier schedules

Germany:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days after processing
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and local carrier schedules

  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping: Available on orders over a certain amount (displayed at checkout).

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Direct link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order anytime using the tracking link provided. If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at support@gardtech.net.

🏠 Delivery Requirements

  • A signature may be required for high-value orders
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions
