At GARDTECH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
📦 Return Window
You may return unused and undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

- Unused products in original condition
- Items with original packaging and tags
- Products with all included accessories and manuals
- Non-personalized or non-customized items
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging
- Products showing signs of wear or installation
- Items returned after the 15-day window
🔄 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service at support@gardtech.net within 15 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the provided return address
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 3-7 additional business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
📮 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect items shipped
- Manufacturing defects covered under warranty
In these cases, GARDTECH will provide a prepaid return label.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
