At GARDTECH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

📦 Return Window

You may return unused and undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

✅ Eligible Items

  • Unused products in original condition
  • Items with original packaging and tags
  • Products with all included accessories and manuals
  • Non-personalized or non-customized items

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products showing signs of wear or installation
  • Items returned after the 15-day window

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at support@gardtech.net within 15 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the provided return address

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 3-7 additional business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

📮 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Manufacturing defects covered under warranty

In these cases, GARDTECH will provide a prepaid return label.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@gardtech.net
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
