🌍 Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Germany only. We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time.

📦 When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–10 business days

Germany: 5–12 business days
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships.

🔍 How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@gardtech.net.

🔄 Can I return my order?

Yes! You may return unused and undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return shipping costs apply unless the return is due to a product issue.

⏳ How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 additional business days.
